Each Mimic is an artistic interpretation, not an exact scale model, so some complex details are simplified for the birdhouse form.

How does my branding appear?

Your name or logo is added as a discreet detail on the replica. We confirm placement with you when you join, so the home stays the focus of the gift.

How do Closing Gift Certificates work?

You order a certificate and receive it right away to print or hand over. Your client redeems it by sending photos of their home. Each certificate covers the Simple detail level of the replica it names, and we confirm any difference with you before the build.

Can I refer clients who want a Mimic of their own home?

Yes. Referrals are not limited to closing gifts. Anyone with a home that means something to them is a good fit.
