Artistic interpretation
A Mimic is an artistic interpretation, not a blueprint-accurate architectural model. The design focuses on the features that make a home recognizable. Proportions and complex details may be adjusted or simplified for the birdhouse form.
Quote requests
Sending a quote request does not place an order, reserve production time, or guarantee a price or delivery date. A project begins only after both sides accept the written scope and the required payment is received.
Design approval
The build does not move forward until the agreed design direction is approved.
Photos and information you provide
You confirm you have the right to share the photos you send and that the information is accurate.
Timing
Any timing shared in a quote is an estimate unless the written scope states otherwise.
Portfolio and intellectual property
We do not publish your project without separate permission.
