When you ask Mimic Birdhouse to review a project, you may share contact details, photos of a home, general location information, and notes about what matters to you. We use that information to evaluate and respond to your request, manage a project if you choose to move forward, and support the service you asked for.
Your photos and project details are private by default. We never publish the photos you send us or your address. We only feature a finished Mimic in our marketing with your permission.
Information we collect
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Whether the project is a gift, and the occasion if you share it
- Project preferences, such as the level of detail and a desired date
- The city and state of the property
- Photos of the home and any notes you include
- Basic technical data needed to operate and protect the form
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your request, prepare a quote, communicate with you, and design and manage your project if you decide to move forward.
How photos and location details are used
Photos and location details are used only to review, quote, design, and manage your project. We never ask for a street address in the quote form.
Where information is stored
Quote requests, including your photos, are stored in our Shopify store account. We do not publish them or list them anywhere on this site.
Who can access it
Only the Mimic Birdhouse team members who handle your request.
Service providers
Shopify, our store platform, hosts this website and processes quote requests on our behalf.
Marketing
Sending a quote request does not sign you up for marketing emails or text messages.
Featuring finished projects
The quote form includes an optional checkbox. If you check it, we may feature photos we take of your finished Mimic in our website, social posts, or ads. We will not include your name, your address, or the photos you sent us. If you do not check it, we may still ask you later, in writing, about a specific project. You can withdraw your permission at any time, and we will stop using those photos in new marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Our store platform uses cookies needed to run the site. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking on the quote form.
