By submitting an inquiry, joining a waitlist, or ordering a custom birdhouse from Mimic Birdhouses, you agree to these terms.
Custom, made-to-order product
Each Mimic Birdhouse is a handcrafted artistic replica inspired by your home photos. It is not a blueprint-accurate architectural model. Designs focus on recognizable exterior features and may simplify or stylize small details.
Inquiry, pricing, and payment
Pricing is provided after photo review. Payment is made at the time of order, after you receive and accept your custom quote. Production does not begin until payment is received and the design interpretation is approved.
Design approval
You will have an opportunity to approve the design interpretation before production starts. Reasonable revisions are included; substantial changes may require an updated quote.
Shipping
Mimic Birdhouses ships across the United States only. Estimated timing is provided in your quote and may vary based on design complexity and build availability.
Refunds & cancellations
Because each piece is made to order, orders may be canceled or modified only before production begins. After production starts, refunds are evaluated case by case.
Photo use
Your photos are used to design your birdhouse and are not shared without your permission. See our Privacy Policy for details.
